REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the consumer must return the product to Verisane.
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer.
Opened Products
Oxygen Essence is a sealed liquid food supplement intended for consumption.
Due to the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened products for return, where the product falls within the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal.
Accordingly, in the event of withdrawal, only a sealed, unopened product with an intact seal may be returned.
This provision does not affect the consumer's statutory rights in relation to defective performance or products damaged during delivery.
Notifying Us of Withdrawal
The consumer may notify Verisane of their intention to withdraw from the contract by sending an unequivocal statement to:
The withdrawal statement should include:
- the customer's name;
- the order number;
- the name of the product to be returned;
- a clear statement of the intention to withdraw;
- the customer's e-mail address.
The withdrawal statement is considered to have been submitted within the applicable deadline if it is sent before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.
Returning the Product
After receiving the withdrawal notification, Verisane will inform the customer by e-mail about the return procedure and the return address.
The product must be returned appropriately packaged, preferably in its original packaging.
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer.
We ask customers to return the package using a shipping method that allows the shipment to be tracked.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please check the package and product upon receipt.
If the product arrives damaged, defective or is not the product ordered, please contact us:
To help us resolve the issue more quickly, please provide photographs of the damaged product or packaging where possible.
Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal, Verisane will refund the amount paid by the consumer within the period prescribed by applicable law.
The refund includes the basic shipping cost paid at the time of the order, to the extent required by applicable law.
Verisane may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or the consumer has provided sufficient evidence that the product has been returned.
As a general rule, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method.
