The Verisane online store provides delivery to addresses in Hungary and throughout the European Union.
The available shipping methods and current shipping fees are displayed at checkout before the order is finalized.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
Hungary: 2–5 business days
European Union: 3–6 business days
Delivery times are calculated from the processing and dispatch of the order.
The stated delivery times are indicative. Actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as shipping disruptions or other events beyond Verisane's reasonable control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may depend on the order value, destination country and selected shipping method.
The applicable shipping cost is displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
If Verisane offers free shipping for a particular order or as part of a promotion, the applicable conditions will be clearly stated on the website.
4. Delivery of Orders
After the order has been dispatched, the customer may receive delivery-related notifications at the e-mail address provided with the order.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date shipping information when placing an order.
Verisane is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Damaged Package or Product
Where possible, please check the condition of the package upon delivery.
If the package or product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receipt:
To help us investigate the issue more quickly, please provide photographs of the package and damaged product where possible.
The 48-hour notification period does not limit any statutory rights of the consumer.
